His greying ﷺ
The scarcity of his grey hair ﷺ
His grey hair was very few. Anas ibn Mālik radiyallahu 'anhu said: 'I counted in the head of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and in his beard nothing but seventeen white hairs' — narrated by al-Tirmidhī in ash-Shama'il [at-Tirmidhī]. And Ibn ʿAbbās radiyallahu 'anhuma said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not become very grey; there were white hairs in the forepart of his head.' The grey hair was in the front of his head, his temples, his beard, and the nape of his neck.

His ﷺ guidance concerning grey hair
The Prophet ﷺ was asked about dyeing (khidāb) and said: 'Whoever wishes may dye and whoever wishes may refrain.' — and the Prophet ﷺ did not make much use of dyeing because his grey hair was few. It is said that he sometimes colored it with henna and katam, and it is also said that he did not dye. Ibn Sirīn said: 'Abu Bakr and ʿUmar used to dye with henna and katam,' while concerning the Prophet ﷺ there is disagreement. What is established is that he commanded to differ from the polytheists and said: 'Change the grey hair' — narrated by Muslim [Muslim].
